Und der Trend zum Fasten wird in Deutschland immer beliebter. 72 Prozent finden den bewussten Verzicht sinnvoll – ein Anstieg um 5 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr und der höchste Wert seit 13 Jahren! Laut einer repräsentativen Forsa-Umfrage im Auftrag der DAK-Gesundheit wollen die meisten Menschen auf Alkohol (75 Prozent), Süßigkeiten (70 Prozent) und Fleisch (52 Prozent) verzichten. Und die größte Zustimmung zum Fasten gibt es mit 84 Prozent bei den 18- bis 29-Jährigen.
